Ingredients
1/2 teaspoon Ceremonial Grade Aiya Matcha
1 cup milk or milk substitute (we use Organic Unsweetened Almond Vanilla Milk -only 30 calories)
1 - 2 teaspoons raw sugar or honey (or to taste)
Preparation
Step 1
Heat water to 160 degrees.
Step 2
Sift matcha over matcha bowl or cup.
Step 3
Add 2-3 ounces of heated water and whisk until frothy and dissolved.
Step 4
Add sweetener and stir until disolved.
Step 5
Heat milk or milk substitute in a frother.
Step 6
Pour matcha mixture in a cup. Top with frothed milk. Stir and Enjoy!
