2.1. We acknowledge acceptance of your order by e-mail confirmation. That is when our contract is made. Our message will also confirm details of your purchase receipt.

6.1. Tea is non-refundable and non-returnable. Accessory items can be returned to the store for exchange or store credit. 

7. Cancellation of order

7.1. If you wish to cancel an order placed on our website, you may do so for a full refund if it has not been filled or shipped.  If we’ve packaged tea for you, there may be a small restocking fee.  You need to call the shop at 816-822-9832 or email us at info@teamarket.com.

8. Dissatisfaction with the Services

8.1. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, contact us immediately (within 15 days of purchase) and if there is a legitimate problem, we will do our best and work with you toward an amicable solution.

9.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the USA and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of appropriate courts of the USA in any dispute arising out of or relating to the use of Our Website or Services.
