Ingredients
1/2 teaspoon Ceremonial Grade Aiya Matcha
1 tablespoon organic lemon juice (we use Italian Volcano Organic Lemon Juice from Costco)
1 tablespoon raw sugar (or to taste)
Preparation
Step 1
Heat water to 160 degrees.
Step 2
Sift matcha over matcha bowl or cup.
Step 3
Add 2-3 ounces of heated water and whisk until frothy and dissolved.
Step 4
Add sugar and stir until disolved. (You can add 2-3 ice cubes to cool the water before adding to cup of ice in Step 6.)
Step 5
Fill cup with ice and add lemon juice.
Step 6
Pour matcha mixture over ice. Stir and top with ice and water if needed. Enjoy!
