Matcha Lemonade

One 16-20 Ounce Serving



  1. Heat water to 160 degrees.

  2. Sift matcha over matcha bowl or cup.

  3. Add 2-3 ounces of heated water and whisk until frothy and dissolved.

  4. Add sugar and stir until disolved. (You can add 2-3 ice cubes to cool the water before adding to cup of ice in Step 6.)

  5. Fill cup with ice and add lemon juice.

  6. Pour matcha mixture over ice. Stir and top with ice and water if needed. Enjoy!
